# Full test run in CLI

If you want to go for a full test run, do the following:

- Download a test dataset from: [test dataset](https://zenodo.org/record/6351755)

- Download a [`parameters.json` file](https://minhaskamal.github.io/DownGit/#/home?url=https://github.com/pyHi-M/pyHiM/blob/development/src/toolbox/parameter_file/parameters.json) into the data folder.

- Set the "referenceFiducial" parameter to "RT27".

- Open a terminal and cd into the folder with this dataset:

  ```sh
  cd </path/to/testDataset>
  ```

- Run every available routines of pyHiM by executing the simple command:

```bash
pyhim
```
