Full test run in CLI

Full test run in CLI#

If you want to go for a full test run, do the following:

Download a test dataset from: test dataset
Download a parameters.json file into the data folder.
Set the “referenceFiducial” parameter to “RT27”.
Open a terminal and cd into the folder with this dataset:
```
cd </path/to/testDataset>
```
Run every available routines of pyHiM by executing the simple command:

pyhim
